The Midtown YWCA Women's College Summer League Is Back!

After a year off due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Midtown YWCA Women's College Summer League is back and starts up tomorrow evening at 6:00 P.M. at the Midtown YWCA.  There are 14 teams according to the schedule I have and here's a listing of what I see right now:

Hamline

Java

Macalester

Northwestern

UW-River Falls

St. Kate's

St. Olaf

A pretty good assortment of teams IMHO which should make for some interesting action this summer.  As a note, both this week and next, games will be held on both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings before reverting to a Wednesday night schedule on 6-23.  Am sure hoping to have scores and reports for you as I'm just excited to be (finally) covering basketball again in what seems like eons.
